Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
